Lift & Coast Karting is made by Deviate (deviate.nl). By playing you agree to these terms. On iOS, Apple's standard licence agreement (EULA) also applies.

Racing fair

• Pick a nickname that is not offensive and is not someone else's name.
• Don't cheat, tamper with the game or its server, or disrupt other players' races.
• We may hide nicknames, remove race nights or refuse access to players who break these rules. Players can report and block each other from the results screen.

Purchases

• Purchases are made through the App Store or Google Play and follow their payment and refund rules.
• Race night monthly pass: renews automatically every month until you cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account, at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Payment is charged to your store account when you confirm the purchase and at each renewal.
• Race night season pass: six months of hosting, paid once, does not renew.
• Engineer packs and your own engineer: yours to keep; restore them with RESTORE in the shop.
• AA batteries and tips: used up when spent and can't be restored on a new phone.

Online play

Online races, race nights and your own engineer depend on our server. We do our best to keep it running but can't promise it is always available. Offline races against the computer always work.

Liability

The game is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage from using it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer.
